Funding for education is consistently viewed as a major barrier to returning students. Our strategic partnerships will work to help students afford their academic goals by identify funding sources for adult learners and possible payment options. This will be accomplished by:
- providing help and advice through the financial aid process;
- identifying tuition reimbursement programs available in local community and encouraging the use of those programs; and
- identifying a local designated financial aid 'advisor' who would be trained by and work with our education partners to identify additional financial aid appropriate to individual students or groups of students.
