Through the Educate Middle Tennessee partnership, both Motlow State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University will offer various educational student resources for adult learners who are earning their degrees.
ADVISING
A key component to the success of any college student is the planning and advising that helps guide the student on a path that will allow them to reach his/her career goals. To facilitate this process our strategic partnerships will:
Motlow State Community College is offering the Adult College Express (ACE) program. This program is designed to meet the needs of adult learners by providing a flexible course schedule that fits around their needs.

In addition to academic programs, MTSU will offer undergraduate degree programs that will easily allow for potential students with or without existing credit to earn a bachelor's degree. The two undergraduate degree programs offered include:

- help adult learners identify career goals and a plan for reaching those goals through educational attainment;
- help adult learners determine their level of educational development upon entry into the program and refer them to the appropriate higher education institution and program; and
- create pathways for adult learners to gain credit for learning from a variety of sources so that learning acquired prior to enrollment can be accepted towards institutional credentials and degrees.
