ABOUT LINCOLN COUNTY STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Overview: Through the Lincoln County Strategic Partnership (LCSP), MTSU and MSCC will offer classes to the citizens of Lincoln County and the city of Fayetteville who wish to receive a higher education. This partnership will allow Lincoln County / Fayetteville residents to be more highly qualified for better paying jobs; thereby, improving their quality of life. This will create a more highly skilled workforce, attracting more industrial prospects and help strengthen the community.
Having a community of educated citizens has been shown to increase tax revenues, improve the economy, and provide a safer environment for all that live in the community.
Partners Involved: Currently, those involved are community and education leaders who are emphasizing the importance of higher education. These partners include the Lincoln County Government, the Fayetteville City Government, Motlow State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University. All of these partners are working together to provide educational resources and opportunities to help Educate Middle Tennessee.
